Epic Universe, Universal Orlando Resort's new theme park set to open on May 22, 2025, promises not only innovative experiences and epic attractions, but also a strong commitment to accessibility.   • Virtual queuing systems, which will allow visitors to avoid long physical waits.

  • Attractions with the possibility of staying in the wheelchair or facilitating the transfer.

Universal has created a Accessibility team led by an Accessibility Services Manager, responsible for ensuring:

  • Compliance with ADA regulations.

  • Periodic accessibility audits at all facilities.

  • Availability of sign language interpreters upon request.

  • Continuous training of personnel in inclusive care.

In addition, Epic Universe will offer:

  • Attraction Assistance Passes (AAP).

  • Individual Accessibility Cards (IBCCES) for those with specific conditions.
