While we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity with a full-time commitment, we know that not everyone can quit their "day job" to become a travel consultant. However, in taking care of your client's hard-earned vacation investment, we expect your time and attention to detail to be of the utmost importance and respect the time your client expects you to attend to their needs. We are a career-focused agency, but we allow agents who only have a limited number of hours per week to dedicate to your business as long as it does not affect customer service or the company's requirements of you.
Since travel consultants are compensated through commissions paid to the agency after clients complete their trip, you can expect to be paid within the same month. It takes a great deal of time and effort to learn this trade. And not everyone is cut out to survive the rigorous marketing requirements and the time it demands, but if you are chosen to join our team and have these goals in place, your results are guaranteed within 1 year.
Since we market our company full time, it is possible that some leads may come through our sales funnel. However, your business should not rely on leads generated at the agency level. We will guide you to learn how to build your business, starting with establishing your marketing foundation - you'll be receiving leads in no time and closing business like our top agents!

But you will need to commit a number of hours up front to train and orient yourself with our business structure and training. In addition, your customers need and deserve your full-time commitment to meet their needs. We approach our commitment to our clients and their vacation as if it were our own. We would never engage the help of a travel agent who is not committed to ensuring that the trip is a success.
Ability to respond to customers and administrative staff during normal business hours, as well as after hours, when customer needs could (and do) occur.
An independent travel agent must understand that a willingness to invest in oneself not only drives the individual success of the independent travel agent, but also elevates the level of service offered to clients. It requires a Minimum of 2 trips to Disney/Universal, at least in the last 4 years.
-The Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland and Adventures by Disney experience is also recommended, but not required.
